  Heritage party sees no progress in Nalbandian-Mammadyarov meeting in AthensDecember 3, 2009 - 14:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The optimistic statement adopted by Foreign Ministers of the MG OSCE Co-Chair countries was actually addressed to Turkey, Heritage parliamentary group leader Stepan Safaryan said. According to him, the document was a response to Turkey's statements that protocols will be ratified only after some progress is registered in Karabakh conflict settlement. "This way, the Ministers assured Turkey of the progress expected in Karabakh talks," he told a news conference in Yerevan. Assessing the ongoing Armenian-Turkish reconciliation process as dangerous, Safaryan said that the fate of the protocols depends of Azerbaijan-Turkey relations. He stressed that Armenia will succeed in Karabakh talks only in case NKR is engaged.   Top stories The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
