ACCORDING TO AZERI FOREIGN MINISTER, FRANCE PRESIDENT PRACTISE MISINFORMATION

PanARMENIAN.Net - Foreign minister of Azerbaijan Vilayat Guliyev has again stated that there are not any Paris principles and that is out of the question that Karabakh conflict might be settled according to these principles. He has made this statement when commenting the message of Jacques Shirak to Armenia's head Robert Kocharian where he states the hope about the possibility to settle Karabakh conflict according to Paris principles. The foreign minister of Azerbaijan has said that there were many contacts between Aliyev and Kocharian last year. Guliyev has also noted that Azerbaijani leadership does not intend to avoid the dialog with Armenian part in future.
