«RANSTAT GROUP» INDIAN COMPANY AND « INTER-CONTACT» UKRAINIAN FIRM INTEND TO ACQUIRE «NAIRIT» ENTERPRISE 98% SHARES TOGETHER

PanARMENIAN.Net - The talks between the trade and industry ministry of Armenia and the representatives of «Ranstat Group» Indian Company, who have arrived in Yerevan to discuss the issue on the acquisition of a part of the shares of «Nairit-1» chemical enterprise, continue. The matter concerns 98% of shares. It is expected that «Nairit» working staff will own the rest of the shares. According to industry minister Karen Chshmarityan, the possibility to transfer the enterprise to Indians for trusting management is also considered. It should be noted, that «Ranstat Group» is also represents «Inter Contact» Ukrainian Company that earlier pretended to the acquisition of 51% of «Nairit» shares.
