It is decided to extend the term of negotiations between the Armenian Government and "ArmenTel" telecommunication monopolist company management. Minister of Transport and Communications Andranik Manukian stated this. Let us remind that the 60-day term of negotiations on the conditions of introduction of payment by minute for internal city telephone conversations expired Saturday. The Minister reported certain progress was made in the course of the negotiations.
