PENTAGON WAITING PRESIDENT DECISION ON SECTION 907 WAIVER TO SET ABOUT DEVELOPING PLANS OF COOPERATION WITH AZERBAIJAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev has stated that Pentagon will send its experts to Baku as soon as the procedure of repeal of Section 907 of the Freedom Support Act is finished. Temporary removal of sanctions against Azerbaijan will let U.S. Administration render military aid, which is necessary for implementing Washington plans on struggle against international terrorism. In the Minister's words, American military experts will familiarize themselves with the situation on the scene and will develop cooperation plan, which will be passed for confirmation to the two countries' heads.
