The speakers stressed the necessity of worldwide recognition of the Armenian Genocide and condemnation of Turkey by the international community,” Mr. Kandaharian told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. He also informed that Beirut hosted some cultural events dedicated to this mournful date.
