TOMORROW PROTOCOL ON CREATION OF JOINT ARMENIAN-CHINESE ENTERPRISE FOR RUBBER PRODUCTION WILL BE SIGNED

PanARMENIAN.Net - Tomorrow the protocol on the creation of a joint Armenian-Chinese enterprise for synthetic rubber production will be signed in the administrative center of Chinese province Shansy. Armenian delegation headed by the first deputy minister of industry and trade has left for China in order to participate in the ceremony of the document signing. As we have already informed, Armenia's side will own 40% of shares of "ChinArmenpren" enterprise. The Armenian part investments will be technologies and equipment of "Nairit" Armenian enterprise. Chinese part is to invest $100 million.
