SIGNATURE COLLECTION FOR REFERENCE TO CONSTITUTIONAL COURT ON QUESTION OF ENERGY DISTRIBUTING NET PRIVATIZING HAS BEEN RESTARTED IN NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

PanARMENIAN.Net - The signature collection for the reference to the Constitutional court with an initiative to study the question of energy distributing net privatizing has been restarted in Armenia's National Assembly. As we have informed, earlier 48 parliamentarians signed a similar reference. Though, last Tuesday 6 of them withdrew their signatures. (According to the legislation, in order a question to be discussed in the Constitutional court, the reference of National Assembly's at least 44 deputies is needed.) Yesterday three parliamentarians joined them who think that the July 27 voting was held with flouting of regulation. However, it is not known whether the 42 deputies that signed the reference a month ago will confirm the request to achieve the discussion of the question in the Constitutional court.
