PARLIAMENT HAS NOT ADOPT THE AMENDMENTS, FORBIDDING THE INTRODUCTION OF PER MINUTE PAYMENT FOR CITY PHONE CALLS

PanARMENIAN.Net - The National Assembly has not passed the bill on the adoption of amendments to the law for telecommunications. The bill stipulated the amendments to the law that would forbid the introduction of per minute payment for city calls. 37 deputies voted for the adoption, 18 of deputies were against, 3 abstained. Thus, the parliament let the government itself solve the problem regarding the postponement of the introduction of per minute payment.
