Armenian Ministry of Finance issued 11 licenses for implementation of audit activity in January-May 2010. During the same period, 3 licenses were suspended and 2 restored.

In January-November 2010, state fees to the amount of AMD 5. 705 mln were paid as provided by the law, out of which 5. 505 mln were paid by audit companies and 200 000 – by private auditors. Persons implementing audit were fined at the amount of AMD 705 thous during the reporting period.

35 audit organizations and 7 private auditors are licensed in Armenia as of June 1, 2010.
