PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Lilit Mkrtchyan defeated Maia Chiburdanidze (Georgia) in the 6th round of FIDE Women’s Grand Prix in Jermuk.

Elina Danielyan lost a game to Antoaneta Stefanova (Bulgaria).

Mkrtchyan is currently the 2nd with 4.5 points. Nana Dzagnidze (Georgia) tops the standings with 5.5 points. Tatiana Kosintseva (Russia) is the 3rd with 4 points.
