  Stepan Grigoryan: Armenia, Azerbaijan should negotiate confidence building measures July 19, 2010 - 14:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - It’s obvious that the interest towards the Nagorno Karabakh conflict has grown, what can be proved by recent statements issued by Presidents and Foreign Ministers of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries, said Stepan Grigoryan, board chairman of the Center on Globalization and Regional Cooperation “The latest statement in Almaty reads that the sides should resolve the conflict through peaceful means and none of the co-chair countries will speed up the process artificially,” Grigoryan said. He also noted that Armenia and Azerbaijan should negotiate confidence building measures.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
