Audit services field paid AMD 6.5mln to RA state budget in January-July 2010

PanARMENIAN.Net - The RA Ministry of Finance issued 12 licenses for implementation of audit activity in January-July 2010. During the same period, 3 licenses were suspended and 3 restored, the Ministry’s press service reported.

During the reporting period, persons implementing audit were fined at the amount of AMD1.6mln. From January 1 to July 31, 2010, fees at the amount of AMD 6.5 mln were paid to the state budget by the audit services field as provided by the law, out of which 6.3mln were paid by audit companies and 200 000 – by private auditors.

36 audit organizations and 7 private auditors are licensed in Armenia as of August 1, 2010.
