Azeri intention to submit Karabakh resolution for the discussion of UN General Assembly is good reason for Armenia to recognize NKR, according to the head of Azerbaijan’s Armenians Assembly Grigori Ayvazyan.

“By submitting the resolution, Azerbaijan is deviating from the logics of negotiation process; under the circumstances, Armenia can allow itself to recognize NKR independence,” Ayvazyan stated.
