Appeal commission on taxpayers’ claims to be established at the RA Ministry of Finance

PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 3, the Armenian government approved bills on introduction of amendments to the RA Laws on Taxes, Customs Service, as well as Customs Code.

Presenting the package of legislative initiatives, Armenian Minister of Finance Tigran Davtyan noted that the package aims to establish an appeal commission at the RA Ministry of Finance on claims of taxpayers, whose appeals were rejected or satisfied partially at customs and tax bodies of Armenia.

“This will allow reforming the procedure of appeal, bringing it in conformity with the international norms,” Davtyan said.
