One of the best ways to improve business environment is the refinement of mechanisms of dispute settlement and creation of transparent arbitration system, UK Ambassador to Armenia said.
“We stand ready to assist Armenia in this issue,” Ambassador Charles Lonsdale said during a workshop on “Developing Commercial Arbitration in Armenia” organized by Grigoryan & Partners Law Firm and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law in the framework of “Strengthening Arbitration Services: Technical Assistance Project” financed by the World Bank.
For his part, Armenian Justice Minister Gevorg Danielyan said the country has already taken measures to improve commercial arbitration legislation and there is still much to be done.
