  Nalbandian: democracy development should be continuous October 21, 2010 - 15:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Being a part of Europe, Armenia has been defending European civilization values for centuries, Armenian Foreign Minister said. “So, the ongoing approximation with Europe is natural,” Edward Nalbandian said during the closing ceremony of CoE Forum for the Future of Democracy. “Democracy is a living organism. It should be continuous, otherwise it will stop being democracy,” he said.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
