Arman Melikyan is confident that the election will be marred. Member of the Republican Party of Armenia Hamlet Harutyunyan disagreed with the opinion and said that the party which has been working for the welfare of Armenia will be the winner. “I would like to refrain from making forecasts,” he said. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
