In October 2010, SI Secretary General Luis Ayala stated that a document on Karabakh issue will be adopted at November 15-16 Council Meeting based on Yerevan and Baku meeting results. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit.
