  Armenian Foreign Ministry: Turkey will have to bear responsibility for failure of rapprochement with Armenia  November 17, 2010 - 20:14 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia has not renewed negotiations with Turkey, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated. As he noted at parliamentary sitting, “to prove the sincerity of its intention to normalize ties with Armenia, Turkey must ratify and fulfill the Protocols without preconditions. This is the position of both Armenia and international community. Otherwise, Turkey will have to bear responsibility for failure of rapprochement with Armenia.”   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
