  Razmik Zohrabyan: reference to UN Charter in Astana statement important December 3, 2010 - 14:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Member of the Republican Party of Armenia Razmik Zohrabyan stated that reference to the UN Charter in the statement adopted by the OSCE Minsk Group jointly with the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan is important. “The UN Charter contains provision on the right of nations to self-determination, according to which dozens of countries across the globe proclaimed independence,” the MP said. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
