Armenian government to encourage natality

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian government is resolved to encourage natality in the country.

“The matter concerns the allowances to be paid to pregnant women. A relevant order has been already given to the Healthcare Minister,” Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said.

He said the draft project has been already developed and called on all interested parties to take part in the oncoming discussions.

“If necessary, we will issue new legislative initiatives and amend the law to create favorable conditions to raise the birth rate,” PM Sargsyan said.
