Heritage: ruling coalition responsible for negative consequences ensuing from failure to recognize NKR independence

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia must recognize NKR independence, as Artsakh conforms to all the norms of sovereign state, Heritage opposition party statement stresses.

“The resolution is belated, as it should have been passed in 1992 or 1994, parallel to establishment of ceasefire. Even today, it wasn’t too late to recognize NKR independence. We expected Armenian authorities to understand that time isn’t on Armenia’s side, with Artsakh recognition issue becoming increasingly complicated,” the statement said.

As Heritage noted, should the ruling coalition agree to include the bill on NKR recognition i parliamentary agenda, the party would agree for the bill not to be put to vote.

“We announce the ruling coalition responsible for all negative consequences, ensuing from the voting failure,” the statement concludes.
