  Tessa Hofmann advises Armenia to prosecute Turkey at ICC for Genocide December 14, 2010 - 20:09 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Dr. Tessa Hofmann of the Free University of Berlin advised Armenians worldwide and Armenia’s leadership to develop certain actions and submit a claim to the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Turkey. “In my opinion, first it is necessary to create a joint structure with involvement of the Armenian Diaspora to this end. After consideration of all offers, the structure will be able to draft a legal claim against Turkey,” Hofmann told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
