Andranik Teymourian appointed as Iranian national football team captain

PanARMENIAN.Net - Andranik Teymourian was appointed as the captain of the Iranian national football team.

On January 19, Iran scored a 0:3 victory over UAE, with Teymourian being announced the best player.

Iran made it to Group D playoff with 9 points. A match against South Korea is scheduled for January 22.
