MP FEARS OF BREAKDOWN OF TALKS BY THE AZERI SIDE

PanARMENIAN.Net - YEREVAN, May 17. /Mediamax/. Deputy of the Armenian parliament from National-Democratic Union (NDU) faction, Filaret Berikian doesn't exclude that at the stage of minute discussion of the peace agreement on Karabakh, Azerbaijan will frustrate it, leaving the negotiation process.

Speaking today at a briefing in Yerevan, Berikian noted that Nagorno Karabakh must either reunite with Armenia, or gain independence.

Leader of parliamentary faction "Dashnaktsutyun" Aghvan Vardanian voiced his confidence that if the territories, forming a buffer zone round Nagorno Karabakh, are returned, NKR's security will no longer be secured. --0--
