Armenian FM Vardan Oskanian said nobody might doubt that the Armenian party had insisted on necessity of exclusively "horizontal" ties between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan during the recent negotiations on Karabakh settlement in Florida.The Minister said this speaking by the "Armenia" TV Thursday. Vardan Oskanian noted that after the Minsk group co-chairs made a new proposal on conflict settlement, the negotiations would pass in an open and "transparent" atmosphere.
