IN CASE OF NEW PROPOSAL NEGOTIATIONS WILL BECOME 'TRANSPARENT', ARMENIAN FM SAYS

PanARMENIAN.Net - YEREVAN, April 20. /Mediamax/. Armenian FM Vardan Oskanian said nobody might doubt that the Armenian party had insisted on necessity of exclusively "horizontal" ties between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan during the recent negotiations on Karabakh settlement in Florida.

The Minister said this speaking by the "Armenia" TV Thursday. Vardan Oskanian noted that after the Minsk group co-chairs made a new proposal on conflict settlement, the negotiations would pass in an open and "transparent" atmosphere. "If the two Presidents, two countries do not recede from what has been achieved up to now, I think we will be submitted a document in Geneva in June that will advance the settlement of the conflict," Oskanian said. --0--
