Contracts singed in Brussels to expedite Armenia-EU Association Agreement

PanARMENIAN.Net - Specific agreements in economy and culture sector will be reached during Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan’s visit to Brussels, according to political science professor at Yerevan State University.

As Narek Galstyan told a news conference in Yerevan, the agreements will expedite the term for the conclusion of Armenia-EU Association Agreement, further specifying cooperation fields with the EU.

Expert Andreas Ghukasyan, in turn, noted that the agreements signed will “signal the start of the process.” He characterized Armenia’s official consent to start the Association Agreement talks as the main purpose of the visit.
