DEBATES IN PARLIAMENT DID NOT MAKE CHANGES IN PRIVATISATION PROCESS OF ARMENIAN POWER NETWORKS

PanARMENIAN.Net - YEREVAN, April 3. /Mediamax/. The member of tender committee on privatization of Armenian distributive power networks Seyran Avagian said today in his interview to Mediamax that the attempt to withdraw the energy networks from the list of units to be privatized did not make any changes in privatization process.

Seyran Avagian noted that the conditions of privatization of the networks had not changed. He reminded that according to most of the experts, the agreement sent to applicant companies contain rather "strict provisions" that increased the risks of potential purchasers because of reduction of guarantee field. Quoting the experts, Avakian noted that it would hardly favor to attraction of purchasers.--0--
