Armenian National Congress participants are getting ready to hold a rally. The rally will start after the loudspeakers and all the necessary hardware is delivered to the Square. The police allowed Armenian opposition rally participants to enter Liberty Square. As PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent at the scene reported, Armenian National Congress coordinator Levon Zurabyan urged rally participants to maintain discipline.
