  Spring draft starts in Artsakh April 2, 2011 - 11:47 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed Saturday, April 2, a decree on the 2011 spring draft and demobilization of servicemen, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
