NATO PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY TO CONSIDER SOUTH CAUCASUS ISSUES

PanARMENIAN.Net - The agenda of the spring session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly to be held in Prague will include issues referring to Iraq and the South Caucasus. As the press service of the National Assembly of Armenia told "Arminfo" agency, Armenian parliamentarians will not participate in the session, what is to all appearance due to the coming parliamentary election in the country. Meanwhile according to the Baku sources, the Azeri delegation intends to raise the Nagorno Karabakh issue during the session. It should be noted that Armenia became an associated member of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in November 2002.
