  NKR representative to participate in South Caucasus conference in U.S. April 8, 2011 - 10:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of Armenia, Artsakh, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Abkhazia have been invited to participate in the “The South Caucasus: Local Perspectives on Conflict and Conciliation” conference in George Washington University, U.S. Chairman of the Artsakh council on foreign policy, former Foreign Minister Masis Mailyan is expected to represent Artsakh at the conference and roundtable discussions. In a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Mr. Mailyan confirmed his participation.
