Head of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC), Armenia’s first president Levon Ter-Petrosyan and ANC representatives have already arrived at the site of another rally of the Armenian opposition near Matenadaran institute of ancient manuscripts.

According to ANC supporters, the first cases of clashes between the rally participants and police were recorded near Matenadaran, a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reported from the scene.

Chairman of the opposition Armenian National Movement Aram Manukyan applied to policemen, urging them not to prevent rally participants from arriving at the rally site.
