Charges brought against another five persons on Public Chamber's April 2 action in Baku

PanARMENIAN.Net - Charges were brought against another five persons with respect to the April 2 action held by the Public Chamber in Baku.

Based on investigative actions, participation of another five persons - Sahib Kerimov, Babek Hasanov, Ulvi Guliyev, Elshan Hasanov and Ahad Memedli - was confirmed.

These persons are charged under article 233 (organization of actions contributing to disruption of public order or active participation in such activities) and 315 article (resistance or violence against members of the public authorities).

Earlier, criminal proceedings were initiated against four suspects - vice chairman of Musavat party, Arif Hajili, chairman of the youth organization of Musavat Tural Abbasli, first deputy chairman of People's Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) Fuad Gahramanly and member of PFPA Mamed Medzhidli.
