PACE Armenian delegation suggests Azerbaijan a moratorium on mutual anti-propaganda![]() April 11, 2011 - 21:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian delegation to PACE proposed a total moratorium on any mutually accusatory statement from any member of the delegations of Armenia and Azerbaijan on any issue concerning the conflict, the two states or the authorities of Nagorno Karabakh for the duration of two sessions of the Assembly. Parallel to the moratorium, Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations are offered to hold bilateral consultations with the mediation of a third party other than the PACE President, the Bureau or newly appointed Chair of the Committee. The head of Armenian delegation to PACE, David Harutyunyan expressed hope for Armenian sides sincere proposal to find support in PACE. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
