AZERI PRESIDENT SPOKE ABOUT INACCEPTABILITY OF ALL THE THREE PROPOSALS OF THE OSCE MINSK GROUP

PanARMENIAN.Net - YEREVAN, February 23. /Mediamax/. Azeri President Heydar Aliyev said in Milli Majlis today that the proposals of the OSCE Minsk Group do not meet Azerbaijan's interests.

Bilik Dunyasi agency quoted Aliyev as saying that if Azerbaijan accepted the "common state" concept, it would lose the sovereignty over Nagorno Karabakh. President of Azerbaijan expressed discontentment with the other proposals of the mediators as well, stressing that they can't be a basis for talks over the Karabakh dispute. Aliyev said he would never sign a peace agreement, which contradicted the national interests of Azerbaijan. If any consensus proposal comes up, it will be certainly submitted for public discussion, Azeri president said. --0--
