  Armenian Ombudsman will seek to mediate opposition-coalition dialogue  April 26, 2011 - 16:46 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - At news conference in Yerevan, Armenian Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan has once again confirmed his readiness to mediate a dialogue between the oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) and the ruling coalition. “I cannot foretell the two parties' eventual positions on extraordinary presidential elections and other issues, yet I'm sure the whole society will benefit from a consensus, should they reach one,” the Ombudsman stated. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
