The Armenian National Congress (ANC) will answer all questions during the April 28 rally, Spokesman for ANC Arman Musinyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter in his comments on Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s April 27 statement concerning dialogue between the authorities and opposition.
Specifically, Mr. Sargsyan said: “We have strong coalition and strong opposition. Cooperation will allow registering a considerable progress. The authorities are ready to take first steps towards opposition.”
For his part, ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrossian said during the April 8 rally that the next opposition rally will mark either the launch of a dialogue with the authorities or final rupture, unless ANC demands are met, including release of political prisoners, permission for holding rallies in Liberty Square, as well as investigation of the March 1 events and punishment of those guilty.
