''An actual war would become a tragedy to Baku,'' he remarked. ''The probability of Moscow's supporting Armenia's passing some of territories over to Azerbaijan is inexistent. Perhaps, western mediators pressured Yerevan into ceding territories; still, Moscow has never attempted it.
