Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said Azerbaijan should agree to the international community’s offer, under which the people of Karabakh should independently make a decision on its status through a legally binding expression of will.
Responding to MP Gagik Minasyan’s question concerning the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister’s statements that allegedly negotiations are held around withdrawal of Armenian forces from two regions of Artsakh, Nalbandian said during a governmental hour: “Currently, the negotiations are held around the status, while Azerbaijan should prepare its society for it.”
