Despite the expectations of the Azerbaijani leadership, the first visit after his party’s victory in the parliamentary election Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will pay to Cairo.

According to Sabah, choosing Egypt as the first destination, Erdogan intends to demonstrate support to revolutionary and democratic developments in the Arab world. The newspaper supposes that the Turkish PM may address a rally at Tahrir Square.

The Egypt tour will be succeeded by trips to Azerbaijan and Northern Cyprus.
