Artsakh President commemorates missing soldiers![]() June 29, 2011 - 14:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 29, Missing Soldiers Commemoration Day, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited Stepanakert memorial and laid a wreath at the monument to freedom fighters of missing in action. The head of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, speaker of NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan, Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan, other officials as well as guests from Armenia and abroad partook in the event, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
