DOZENS OF MODIFICATIONS OF PLAN ON TERRITORIAL SWAP ARE DISCUSSED, MANUCHARIAN ASSERTS

Moreover, Turkey is also one of active participants of these talks," the political secretary of the Union of Socialist Forces of Armenia Ashot Manucharian said in his interview to "Armenia" TV.

According to Manucharian over the past several years about 10 modifications of the plan on territorial swap were discussed. Meanwhile all negotiations are held out of frameworks of the OSCE Minsk Group, which, according to politician, serves as a "screen".

At October 18 press conference Manucharian stated that the Prime Minister of Armenia Vazgen Sarkisian and the Speaker of the Parliament Karen Demirchian, both killed by the terrorists on October 27, 1999, became the victims of the plan of territorial swap between Armenia and Azerbaijan.--0--
