Panama’s Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (31-1-1, 18 KOs) will defend his "super" version of the WBA bantamweight title against IBO champion Vic Darchinyan (37-3-1, 27 KOs) on December 3 in California.

As Darchinyan’s coach Vazgen Badalyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, “on September 20, Vic left Yerevan for Australia to start training in preparation for the Dec 3 clash.”

According to BoxingScene, Moreno's defense will accompany the televised rematch, for the IBF title, between champion Abner Mares and challenger/former champion Joseph Agbeko.
