Levon Aronian to play at Grand Slam Masters Final

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian has arrived in Sao Paulo, Brazil, which is set to co-host the first half of the Grand Slam Masters Final.

Beside Aronian, the Grand Slam will be hosting Magnus Carlsen (Norway), Viswanathan Anand (India), Vassily Ivanchuk (Ukraine), Hikaru Nakamura (U.S.) and Francisco Vallejo Pons (Spain).

The 1st half of the competition is due September 25- October 1 in Sao Paulo; with Bilbao (Spain) to host the 2nd half to be completed October 11.
