Azeri FM’s statements on peacekeeping mission in NKR a back PR - David Babayan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov’s statements suggesting ongoing discussion on deployment of peacekeepers in Karabakh conflict zone are untrue, according to the head of the Central Information Department at NKR President's Office.

“The statements above are, most probably a black PR,” David Babayan stated in a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“Artsakh doesn’t mind peacekeepers’ deployment; however before it comes to pass, Artsakh-Azerbaijan relations must be settled, borders between the two republics established, with Azerbaijan recognizing the NKR independence. Only in that case would discussion of the deployment of peacekeeping mission would be possible,” he noted.
