  Arman Kirakossian appointed as Armenian ambassador to UN October 17, 2011 - 12:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to a decree signed by President Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian ambassador to Austria Arman Kirakossian will also serve as the country’s permanent representative to the UN and other international organizations (residence in Vienna).
