  RPA spokesman: coalition works in accordance with memorandum October 31, 2011 - 22:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) spokesman commented on rumoured strain in relations with Prosperous Armenia party. “There was no necessity to discuss the issue above at RPA Council sitting, as coalition works in accordance with the memorandum,” Eduard Sharmazanov told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporterr after the sitting where Taron Magraryan was nominated to the position of Yerevan Mayor. “The issue was not discussed at Council sitting,” he stressed.
