  Heritage member links staff shifts to elections November 1, 2011 - 16:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage opposition party member links resignations of Yerevan Mayor and Armenian Police Chief with Armenian authorities’ election campaign. “The authorities initiated staff shifts, aiming to form a stronger team on the threshold of elections,” Armen Martirosyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. The politician forecasted more resignations and appointments in near future linking them to oncoming parliamentary race.
